At the time I didn’t realise that I’d lost myself. I thought I was happy,that I was honestly being myself,that I was with someone that loved me for who I was. But I see now that I’d lost sight of who I was and who I wanted to become. Utterly [...] We’re on our holidays,a whole two weeks off work together and it’s very much needed. First week is with my in laws just outside Belfast. With a two hour car journey to the ferry port I packed a modest breakfast of chocolate chip brioche and a few bananas. I love a packed lunch.
